Privacy and support

Your club, your progress, your choices. Here is how PGMS uses data in Tiny Touchdown and how to reach us.

What the game uses

A guest profile is created when you start playing. It saves your club without asking for an email address at sign-up.

If you join the arena, other participants see your club's assigned alias, badge, colours, power and ranking. Its lineup and tactics are used to play duels. Your recovery email is not published. You can withdraw your club from the arena.

Friends and friendly matches

You can enable friends and share a club code. A request shows the club name and colours; it must be accepted before sharing the lineup, bench, power, and campaign and arena positions. Friends can play against your saved team and tactics, even while you are offline, without changing your progress. Invitations, friendships, blocks and the ten most recent friendly results are stored. Removing a friend stops sharing; blocking a club also prevents new requests from it. Your email, sign-in credentials and age choices are not shared.

When friends are enabled and the game is in the foreground, a temporary signal lets your friends see you online and invite you to a live duel. The signal expires after 90 seconds without an update; it does not include your geographic location. You must accept each live duel. The server temporarily stores both teams and coaching choices to resolve plays. A choice not received in time is handled by the assistant. Friends do not use an email directory, address book or free-text messaging.

Public website statistics

The introduction page counts views and clicks by UTC day, link source, allowed campaign, language and action. These counters help us understand how people discover the game. No visitor identifier, IP address, full URL or individual history is saved in these statistics, and no tracking cookie is created. The referring website’s domain may be used temporarily to classify a known source; it is not retained. Counters are kept for up to 90 days, with daily cleanup. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences disable this collection. The hosting provider’s technical logs are separate.

Videos you choose

In versions with advertising enabled, Google AdMob provides rewarded videos. You choose to enable this option in your profile, then choose each video you watch. Tiny Touchdown requests non-personalized ads; the provider's privacy choices also apply. You can disable videos in your profile and reopen the provider's options when they are offered there.

A non-personalized ad still uses data. Depending on the platform and settings, Google's module may process your IP address, an approximate location inferred from it, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics. This information is used to deliver and measure advertising and prevent fraud.

To grant a bonus only once, our server uses an ad-session reference, the provider's confirmation and a transaction reference. The game does not send your recovery email in this reference. Videos may be unavailable depending on your profile, consent, device or advertising inventory.

Purchases

When the shop is available, your device's store handles payment. Tiny Touchdown receives product, order and transaction references and proof of purchase to verify, grant and restore items, and handle cancelled or refunded purchases. We do not receive your card number. The store keeps its own payment information under its terms.

Services that help us

Microsoft Azure hosts the service and Microsoft Azure Communication Services sends recovery emails. Google provides advertising services, and Google Play verifies Android purchases. If you contact us, PGMS processes your address and message to respond to your request. Providers may process data in other countries; this page does not guarantee storage limited to your country of residence.

The online version connects to our server over HTTPS. Connection credentials are verified on the server; stored recovery emails and purchase proofs are protected. These measures reduce risks without guaranteeing that no incident can occur.

Microsoft Privacy Statement

Access, deletion and retention

Open your profile in the game, then “My data”. You can download your club data or request deletion from this signed-in device.

  1. “Download my data” provides your current progress, friends and requests, friendly results and the linked address, if any.
  2. “Delete my account”, followed by confirmation, removes the club from the active database, its progress, arena entry, friends and requests, friendly duels and results, sessions and linked email. This action is not a refund request to the store.
  3. If you cannot access the app, or have another request about your data, email support@pgms.io.

Club data is kept so you can continue playing until the account is deleted. After deletion, some purchase references remain to prevent a transaction from being granted more than once: product, transaction, status and date. They are detached from the club; the protected purchase proof and account link are erased.

In-game deletion applies to the active database. Backup copies and technical logs may remain; stores and providers also keep their own records. Contact us about this data or a message sent to support. We may need to verify your connection to the club before providing access to data or deleting it.

A game for ages 13 and up

Tiny Touchdown is intended for people aged 13 and up in Canada and the United States. Advertising videos, email linking, arena publication and friends are disabled for a profile reported as under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact PGMS so we can review the situation.
